Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid lessons may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the student initiates termination of the agreement with at least two weeks’ notice.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and are typically issued within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior notice, are non-refundable.

All purchased lessons must be scheduled within 12 months of the payment date. Expired lessons are non-refundable.

Paid downloadable content is non-refundable once delivered.
