How do I book a session?
Start with a free trial session. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, check the vibe, and address any questions you might have. Based on that, we’ll agree on the number of sessions to make sure you’ll get the most of it.
What’s included in the price?
All prices include the coaching session with a SVEB Certified Trainer in Adult Education. The sessions follow a personalized agenda. They include session summaries (PDF), and access to digital learning tools according to your needs.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
How do I know how many sessions I'll need?
That’s something we’ll explore together during your free trial lesson. We’ll talk about your language goals, your schedule, and how you learn best. We’ll also look at different learning styles and techniques to find what fits you. Based on that, we can estimate what’s realistic and helpful for your situation.
You can start with a single session or go for a package. I usually recommend a package of 4 sessions to build momentum and see real progress. But learning is personal, and your plan stays flexible. If your needs change, we’ll adjust the structure to keep it working for you. Don’t worry, we also have a refund policy should your plans change or if you aren’t satisfied.
